The new machine generation CP 10 has many unique features, such as the individual spindle inverters for a perfect twist evenness between spindles. The newly designed spindle equipment gives a significant reduction of power consumption and the new concept of energy backup system ensures good control of twist regularity in case of a power failure. The optimization of the yarn path reduces maintenance and wears parts consumption and the mistake proof creel tensioner without ceramics reduces cleaning time and potential damages by operators. The new metering system detects empty tubes and avoids operator errors during start-up.

The bobbin labelling system allows a proper yarn quality follow-up in the frame of a Total Quality Control.

Like the CP 10, the CP 06, with one spindle inverter per machine side, retains many well-established features, appreciated by tire cord manufacturers. The special machine design with open pots makes the threading easy and keeps the doffing time short. The unique integrated air exhaust system with no need of air conditioning system involving use of water minimizes floor spaces, engineering, energy and air conditioning costs. This reduces the conversion costs up to 5%.

With the latest technology used to optimize the human machine interface, our CP machines are also equipped with a friendly self-explanatory colour touch screen allowing the use of most of the characters in the world, such as Chinese characters for example.
